Your child and the Internet

Does your child use the internet? Do you worry whether it is safe? If your child uses a computer in school or the library they are protected by a filter which prevents access to undesirable web sites. At home and without your supervision they may access material you would rather they did not see. Find out what you can do at these useful web sites. You may also be able to obtain a useful Home Office booklet, "Keep Your Child Safe on the Internet" at your local library.

Bullying

If your child is being bullied at school you may not be sure how best to help. All schools have an anti-bullying policy and in the first instance you should take your concerns to the class teacher or Head teacher. You might also find some useful advice and support on the following web sites.
